1. Submit an online enquiry.
2. We will contact you in regards to the property detailing.
3. A quote will be supplied from each trade service you require Inspections from.
4. We will then email you an agreement to act on your behalf to inspect the
   property.
5. An Invoice will be sent, which will require payment prior to us attending any
   inspection.
6. We will liase with the Owners, Purchasers, Property Managers and Real Estate agents to secure an time to perform the inspection.
7. Upon completion of the inspection your inspector will call you for a brief
   discussion about findings.
8. Your Report will be emailed out once payment is confirmed of invoice and
   within 24 – 48 hrs of inspection.
9. Additional Quotes of potential cost of works will be supplied by each trade
   company if deemed necessary.
